Viewing Joint Accounts
As part of the upcoming conversion, any accounts where you're listed as an owner, including joint accounts, will automatically appear in your Online Banking and Mobile App. Joint account owners will also be able to view the shared account through their own personal login. If you notice anything that needs to be adjusted after the conversion, you’ll still be able to make changes as needed.
Getting Started with Your New Accounts
You will need to create a new account to access CommunityAmerica’s Online Banking and Mobile App. Your Electro login information will not be carried over. It’s simple and easy to get started:
If you're using a desktop computer:
Navigate to CommunityAmerica.com
Select the "Log In" button and select "First-Time User"
If you're using a mobile device:
Download and open the CommunityAmerica app
Select "Sign Up" in the bottom left corner.

Setting up Direct Deposit with your employer is quick and easy in Online Banking and the Mobile App. It can be found via desktop under the "Account Requests" tab of Online Banking, or by viewing your account number in the Mobile App. Click here for a helpful video if you need further assistance.
From a desktop, log into Online Banking, navigate to the Statements/Notices tab and select eStatement Enrollment. If you need further guidance, check out this helpful video.
Your account and routing number can be found in Online Banking and the Mobile App. Simply select your desired account and click Account Details.
You should have also received a letter in late May to help identify which Electro account became which CommunityAmerica account.
Overdraft Protection preferences set how you want ATM and Debit Card transactions that trigger an overdraft to be managed, and these preferences can be updated via desktop in Online Banking. If you had Overdraft Protection in place on your Electro Accounts, there is no need to re-enroll unless you would like to make changes.
Online bill pay may be set up in Online Banking or the Mobile App. You can easily set up recurring payments for monthly expenses or send one-time payments as needed.
Online bill payments from Electro will no automatically transfer, and will need to be set up in CommunityAmerica’s Online Banking or Mobile App.
You can transfer money seamlessly between your CommunityAmerica accounts via Online Banking and our Mobile App. You can set up single transfers, or automatically recurring transfers to happen as often as you wouldlike.

Online Banking and the Mobile App make it easy to transfer money to accounts you have at other financial institutions. In Online Banking, select the "Money Transfers" tab and click "External Transfer." In the Mobile App, select "More" and then "Make External Transfer." Yes! Depositing a check has never been easier than with the CommunityAmerica Mobile App. Simply select "Check Deposit" at the bottom of the app and follow the on-screen prompts to deposit a check into your desired account. Watch this helpful video for more guidance.
Yes! In order to activate Text Banking, you’ll need to enroll in Online Banking and then add your phone number. Once that’s done, you can text the commands below to 454545 and enjoy Text Banking.
BAL – Check your primary account balance.
LAST – See the last 5 transactions on your account.
TRANS – Transfer funds to your primary account.
STOP – Deactivate the Text Banking service.
HELP – Get help and see what commands you can use for Text Banking.
