How To Avoid Fees

Electro Savings members have numerous no-fee service alternatives to choose from when accessing and managing their money, including new technology through myEbranch online and mobile app, and the expansion of the CO-OP ATM Network to the largest in the United States. Given these choices, Electro Savings members who manage their accounts well and choose our no-fee alternatives do not pay fees for most common financial services.

Overdrafting your account (NSF)

Monitor your account balances with myEbranch Online or Mobile App. The Mobile App has a Quick Balance feature that allows you to view your account balances without logging into the App. Don't have access to an internet computer or smartphone? You can also monitor your account balances at a CO-OP ATM or using ElectroLine Automated Phone Access.

Automatic transfers from Savings to Checking to cover overdrafts

Statement returned to us due to a bad address Reviewing your statements for accuracy, including potential fraud is very important. Always contact us when you move, or change any of your contact information such as address, phone number and email. For your protection, we may need to contact you regarding your account.
Non-CO-OP ATM withdrawal, balance inquiry or transfer The CO-OP ATM Network is the largest in the U.S. Locate a CO-OP ATM online or with their mobile app (iTunes download or Google Play download).
Excessive PIN Debit Card purchases We understand there are merchants that do not accept signatures for card purchases. That's why we give you up to 30 PIN purchases every month. Whenever possible choose the "Credit" option when using your Debit Card to make a purchase. Signing for purchases also protects you with MasterCard Zero Liability Protection.
Paper Statements Receive your statements electronically. By enrolling in E-statements, you receive your statements faster, more securely and can store them in myEdocs whenever you need to access them. You will also find your Electro Savings credit card statements and year-end tax statements (as applicable) in myEdocs.
