You spoke, and we listened. We are simplifying our online and mobile banking into one platform. Our new digital banking experience is consistent across all devices and provides convenience with enhanced security, new features, and functionality.
I already use Online and Mobile Banking. Will I need to re-enroll in the new Digital Banking?
No. You will not need to re-enroll in the new digital banking system if you already use our online and mobile banking. Your username and password will be the same for the new digital banking system.
I already have the mobile app. Will I need to download a new app with the new Digital Banking?
Yes. You must download a new mobile app once the new digital banking goes live in November. The current mobile banking app will no longer work with the new digital banking.
How will I know when the new Digital Banking is live?

Our public site’s URL www.electrosavings.com is not changing. Only our online banking site is changing. We recommend you bookmark www.electrosavings.com and use the Online Banking login link from the homepage to access Digital Banking.
Existing Transfers & Alert
I have Automatic Transfers setup in the current system. Will I have to reset them up in the new Digital Banking?
No. All automatic transfers currently setup in the current online banking system will move over to the new Digital Banking system.
I have Account Alerts setup in the current system. Will I have to reset them up in new Digital Banking?
Yes. You will need to reset your Account Alerts in the new Digital Banking system. We apologize for the inconvenience of these not moving over to new Digital Banking.
Existing Bill Pay
Will Bill Pay change with new Digital Banking?
No. Your current Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments and payment history will all be available in new Digital Banking.
Existing Electronic Statements
I am already enrolled in e-statements. Will I need to re-enroll to receive electronic statements.
No. You do not need to re-enroll in e-statements if you are already enrolled. You current statements and statement history will all be available in new Digital Banking.
