Meet Jill, Our Fraud Detection Assistant
As part of our continuing effort to bring the best technology and service to our members, our credit cards come with a Fraud Detection and Notification System.
This innovative system notifies our members quickly when fraud is suspected on their Electro Savings credit card. The notification portion of the system includes state-of-the-art automated assistance to help our members review transactions and confirm their spending activity.
If you ever receive a notification call from our automated assistant, Jill, work with her to answer questions regarding recent card activity. Or, if you'd prefer to speak to a live agent, our Card Member Security team is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
