I loved that meal, and it made selling it easy. When you believe what you sell, you know you are helping others by selling. (“Helping” being a relative term here, as the caloric count was astronomical!) This phenomenon has been best described to me by a service industry expert as a “transfer of enthusiasm” and is the most effective and positive way to sell anything.

Peeling back the curtain here at Electro, our team has been experiencing the same circumstance with our new product lines. I had a one-on-one meeting yesterday with one of our UMRs from our Wildwood Branch, and she mentioned that she “loves” our new products! This same sentiment is expressed by nearly every staff member I’ve chatted with since we began to re-vamp our product sets.
